Ive had my vehicle serviced with Darrow for 6 years now and let's say things have changed tremendously to the point I purchased a new Honda elsewhere. No loaner vehicles for clients, I paid for a repair that wasn't even an issue and it was just not the experience I had been used to. Sadly I am not sure if I would be continuing business with them in the future. It's a tough decision.
For the third time in my history of dropping off cars at Russ Darrow for maintenance...I had to go back as a warning light was on. They forgot to reset something.

The car wash was broken. I wanted a car wash. But I always enjoy coming to my car serviced. Except for once, someone gave me an inaccurate evaluation on my brakes that could have cost me more than $400.00 dollars.

She is an asset to your company, One suggestion is to have the Technician speak more clearly as he video the under carriage of my car. Could not understand his explanations.

I appreciated the pace and lack of high pressure tactics that I have experienced in the past when buy/leasing a car. Dakota explained the xxxxxxof buying a cerified used car with an extended warrantee. Really felt that she had our best interests at heart. The facility was very clean, and the staff we encountered were very nice and you could tell they are happy at their jobs. I do recommend this Honda dealership and Dakota as well!

I feel like there’s no communication between the employees of the dealership. I’ve been to the dealership about five times since I had my car, and one time they completely lost my car. Another time, they couldn’t figure out what was going on with my car. One time I came in for an oil/filter change, they told me I couldn’t have an oil change because it didn’t meet their requirement.

Very good overall. Maddie is like my car's pediatrician. She handled all of the activities from assessing the dashboard light and looking at the history files and suggested that my transmission is due and did all that needs to be taken care of in a seamless way. I also like the video they send when tech diagnosis and does multipoint inspection. The waiting area is clean spacious and the wifi is good so I can work while waiting. Russ Darrow personnel are always very kind and crystal clear on what services you are getting and how long it will take. Maddie did a great job answering my questions. She also went above and beyond the call - I showed her a little plastic piece that popped out inside the car on the front passenger side under the dashboard. I couldn't figure out where it came from. She found where it fell off and snapped it back into place. I really appreciated that.
No surprises. I like that. Everything went as expected and that speaks to Aleiah's knowledge and experience.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff that explained things well and diagnosed my issue. My only concern is the price of the spark plug repair.
